Innomotics seeks a Technical Sales Specialist to own the development of the Low Voltage Motors business in Italy. You will combine technical knowledge with a commercial mindset to support the sales team in new applications, customers, and opportunities.

You will report to the Technical Sales Manager, collaborate with the Sales team and partners, and travel across Italy to meet customers and present solutions.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in technical or technical-commercial roles within the industrial sector, with direct knowledge of Low Voltage electric motors and their applications.
• Strong technical understanding of electric motors and their applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, engineering teams, and sales colleagues.
• Hands-on, self-driven attitude with commercial awareness and a focus on tangible results.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel across Italy.

We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist in the industry of Low Voltage Motors (f/m/d) to join Innomotics and take ownership of the development of our Generators business in the Italian market.

Your Future Role

The Low Voltage Motors market in Italy offers significant growth potential — and we are looking for someone who can help us unlock it. This is not a pure sales role: we need a professional who combines solid technical knowledge of electric motors with a commercial mindset, supporting the sales organization in developing new applications, customers, and opportunities.

You will report to the Technical Sales Manager and work closely with the Sales team, agents, technical functions, and customers, translating application requirements into reliable and competitive Low Voltage Motors solutions.

• Support market expansion: work alongside the Sales team to develop the Italian market, identify new applications and potential customers, and turn technical opportunities into concrete business.
• Provide technical sales support: understand customer needs, analyse applications, and help define the most suitable Low Voltage Motors solution.
• Build relationships: engage with customers, partners, and agents as a competent technical-commercial reference.
• Be on the field: visit customers, support technical meetings and product presentations, attend trade fairs, and contribute to training activities for agents and partners.
• Shape the strategy: gather insights on applications, market trends, customer requirements, and competitors, sharing them with the sales team to define priorities and improve our market approach.

Your Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in technical or technical-commercial roles within the industrial sector, with direct knowledge of Low Voltage electric motors and their applications.
• Strong technical understanding of electric motors, with the ability to analyse application requirements, discuss solutions with customers, and connect technical needs with commercial opportunities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders — from technicians and engineering teams to sales colleagues.
• A hands-on, self-driven attitude combined with commercial awareness and a focus on tangible results.
• Fluency in English , to interact with international colleagues and headquarters, together with willingness to travel across Italy to meet customers, agents, and partners.

In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, we provide information on the compensation framework for this position.

The position is governed by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, level B2, with a minimum annual gross compensation of €55,000 (fixed + variable).

The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications and skills in relation to the requirements and responsibilities of the role.
