Job summary

Innomotics S.r.l. in Milan, Italy is seeking a Sales professional for Industry Geared Motors to own the development of the Italian Generators business.

You will serve as the commercial reference for Northern Italy, collaborating with agents, technical teams and customers to translate needs into concrete solutions. You will travel across Northern Italy, visit customers, attend trade fairs and support training for partners while growing the customer base in Lombardia Est and Emilia.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial roles within the industrial sector, preferably Geared Motors.
• Strong communication with a wide range of stakeholders — technicians to entrepreneurs.
• Hands-on, self-driven attitude with focus on tangible results.
• Fluency in English to interact with international colleagues and headquarters.
• Willingness to travel across Northern Italy to meet customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Geared Motors business in Northern Italy by expanding the customer base in Lombardia Est and Emilia.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, becoming a trusted reference.
• Visit customers, participate in trade fairs, and support training for agents and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales Support to craft compelling technical and commercial offers.
• Help shape market strategy by feeding insights on trends and competitors.
