Job summary

Innomotics seeks a Technical Sales Specialist to own the development of the Low Voltage Motors business in Italy. You will combine technical knowledge with a commercial mindset to support the sales team in new applications, customers, and opportunities.

You will report to the Technical Sales Manager, collaborate with the Sales team and partners, and travel across Italy to meet customers and present solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical or technical-commercial roles within the industrial sector, with direct knowledge of Low Voltage electric motors and their applications.
• Strong technical understanding of electric motors and their applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, engineering teams, and sales colleagues.
• Hands-on, self-driven attitude with commercial awareness and a focus on tangible results.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel across Italy.

Responsibilities

• Support market expansion: develop the Italian market, identify new applications and customers, and convert opportunities into business.
• Provide technical sales support: understand customer needs and help define suitable LV motor solutions.
• Build relationships: engage with customers, partners, and agents as a technical-commercial reference.
• Be on the field: visit customers, support meetings and presentations, attend trade fairs, train agents and partners.
• Shape the strategy: share insights with the sales team to refine priorities and market approach.
