Job summary

Innomotics in Milan seeks a Technical Sales Specialist to own the development of the Italian Low Voltage Motors business. The role blends deep motor knowledge with a commercial mindset to unlock growth and tailor reliable solutions.

You will report to the Technical Sales Manager and collaborate with the Sales team, agents, and customers to translate requirements into competitive LV Motors offerings. Field visits and technical meetings are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical or technical-commercial roles within the industrial sector
• Strong technical understanding of electric motors and their applications
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Hands-on, self-driven attitude with commercial awareness and a focus on tangible results
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel across Italy

Responsibilities

• Develop the Italian market with the Sales team, identify new applications and customers, turning technical opportunities into concrete business
• Provide technical sales support: understand customer needs, analyze applications, define the most suitable LV Motors solution
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and agents as a competent technical-commercial reference
• Be on the field: visit customers, support technical meetings and product presentations, attend trade fairs and contribute to training for agents and partners
• Shape the strategy: provide market insights to the sales team to define priorities and improve market approach
