Located at Lake Como, this non-management, full-time position offers a gross annual salary of €25,650–€27,000 with benefits including staff housing and meal vouchers, plus access to Marriott Bonvoy.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning and storing food.
• Safely use baking and measuring tools/equipment to prepare baked foods.
• Follow food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene.
• Check temperatures of kitchen appliances and food and report issues.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen area and maintain sanitation.
• Monitor quality of food and portions served during shift.
