The Lake Como EDITION is seeking a motivated kitchen team member to prepare and cook meals in a luxury hotel setting on Lake Como. You will regulate oven, broiler, grill, and roaster temperatures, manage food thawing, and ensure portions and garnishes meet our standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining food quality, communicating needs during busy periods, and informing chefs about specials and stock. The role requires punctuality, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.

Formación

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related work experience: At least 2 years.
• Supervisory experience: None.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and checklists.
• Maintain proper portioning, garnishes and presentation.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items during service.
