Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Guest Services Officer to ensure outstanding hospitality and guest satisfaction onboard. The role requires active listening, clear communication, and a strong service orientation to resolve guest issues and concerns.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year in customer contact roles, cash handling experience, and the ability to work a 5–6 month onboard assignment. English proficiency is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Competenze

• Minimum one-year experience in customer contact position within hotel or related industry.
• Minimum one-year cash handling experience; understand USD currency and exchange rates.
• Proven customer service skills; interact with guests in a considerate, professional manner.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with guests and shipboard staff to resolve problems.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment (phones, computers, copiers).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willing to work onboard for 5-6 months.
