Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Guest Services Officer based in Palermo to ensure guest satisfaction through hospitality and proactive service.

Role requires fluent Italian and English, cash handling experience, and the ability to resolve guest concerns with effective communication and decision-making. Onboard assignment for 5-6 months with strong focus on guest experience and teamwork.

Competenze

• Minimum one-year experience in a customer contact position within the hotel field or related industry.
• Minimum one-year cash handling experience, and an understanding of US currency and exchange rates.
• Proven customer service skills to interact with guests in a considerate, professional manner.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with guests, department heads and shipboard employees to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
• Must read and write English to understand procedures and provide/receive instructions.
