Job summary

Kinetic is partnering with a leading medical aesthetics company to hire a Sales Representative in Milan. This field-based role focuses on driving territory growth, customer acquisition and commercial success across the assigned region.

You will identify new customers, manage key accounts, deliver engaging product presentations and collaborate with Marketing, Medical and Training teams to maximise engagement and uptake. Prior experience in medical aesthetics is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B field sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, injectables, dermal fillers, cosmetics or related healthcare sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to maximise growth in Milan region.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new customers across clinics, aesthetic practices and healthcare professionals.
• Grow existing accounts by increasing product utilisation and adoption.
• Build strong relationships through regular territory visits and account management.
• Promote aesthetics portfolio and communicate product features and value propositions.
• Deliver product presentations, workshops and trainings to support engagement.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and provide forecasts via CRM.
• Support product launches and marketing initiatives within the territory.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
