Home Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Key Account Manager for Italy to drive sales across an established portfolio of aesthetic clinic accounts and win new business with clinics and practitioners.

You will manage relationships with doctors, clinic owners and other medical professionals, focusing on revenue growth, product adoption and long-term customer partnerships in the Italian medical aesthetics market.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in field sales, key account management or business development.
• Track record of winning new customers and growing existing accounts.
• Confident building relationships with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Commercially driven, proactive and motivated by achieving results.
• Well-organised and comfortable managing your own territory independently.
• Experience selling dermal fillers, botulinum toxin or aesthetic devices would be particularly relevant.
• Existing relationships within the Italian medical aesthetics market would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of aesthetic clinic accounts.
• Identify, approach and secure new business with aesthetic practitioners and clinics.
• Develop strong relationships with clinic owners, aesthetic doctors, nurses and key decision-makers.
• Increase revenue from existing customers by identifying opportunities to expand product usage.
• Achieve sales targets through effective territory planning and commercial activity.
• Work closely with internal teams to support product launches, customer education and commercial initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline information and CRM records.
