Home Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Key Account Manager for the Medical Aesthetics sector in Italy. You will drive sales across your territory, engaging aesthetic doctors, clinic owners and healthcare professionals to grow an established portfolio while pursuing new business opportunities.

The role focuses on increasing revenue, expanding product adoption and building long-term customer relationships with doctors and clinics across Italy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, key account management or business development.
• Track record of winning new customers and growing accounts.
• Confident in building relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Commercially driven and results-oriented.
• Well-organised and able to manage territory independently.
• Experience selling dermal fillers, botulinum toxin, or aesthetic devices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of aesthetic clinic accounts.
• Identify, approach and secure new business with aesthetic practitioners and clinics.
• Develop strong relationships with clinic owners, aesthetic doctors, nurses and key decision-makers.
• Increase revenue from existing customers by identifying opportunities to expand product usage.
• Achieve sales targets through effective territory planning and commercial activity.
• Work closely with internal teams to support product launches, customer education and commercial initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline information and CRM records.
