The role is remote and requires fluency in both Spanish and English. The successful candidate will analyze client processes, configure Business Central, and support users and technical teams. Ideal applicants should have 3-7+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

This is a remote, contract-based, client-facing role requiring fluency in both Spanish and English.

Business & Functional Consulting

• Analyse client warehouse processes, inventory flows, and operational requirements.
• Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and gap–fit analysis.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and solution walkthroughs.

Business Central Configuration

• Configure Business Central modules with specific focus on:
• Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS)
• Insight Works WMS modules (e.g., Warehouse Insight, Inventory Insight, Dynamic Ship)
• Customise BC setups: locations, zones, bins, pick/put-away templates, inventory posting, and related workflows.
• Support testing cycles (UAT/SIT) and provide clear documentation.

Solution Delivery & Support

• Troubleshoot warehouse and inventory issues within BC.
• Train users on BC WMS and Insight Works tools.
• Provide go-live support, post-implementation optimisation, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with client’s technical team for customisations, integrations, and reports.

Must-Haves

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• 3–7+ years experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong functional knowledge of Advanced WMS workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with Insight Works WMS add‑ons.
• Ability to independently drive functional discussions and solution design.
• Strong analytical skills for process mapping, optimisation, and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills and client‑facing consulting experience.

Good to Have

• Experience with integrations, APIs, or Power Platform.
• Finance or accounting knowledge relevant to ERP implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Remote contract.
