A leading data centre operator in Milano is seeking a CSA / MEP Manager to oversee field investigations and ensure effective coordination among engineering teams. This key role requires working closely with project teams to address concerns, support commissioning efforts, and respond to emergencies. Applicants should have experience in managing complex projects within the data centre environment.

CSA / MEP Manager - Data Centres -12-Months

This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry.

Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of a CSA / MEP Manager. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.

Responsibilities and Requirements :

• Visit job sites for field investigations and coordination of meetings
• Conduct weekly meetings with project teams to provide feedback and assist in addressing concerns and removing roadblocks
• Enforce and pursue coordination between internal engineering teams across all disciplines to ensure products delivered to Operations are streamlined and optimised to meet the needs of the business across all functions
• Work with other managers in cross-functional efforts
• Provide mission-critical system reviews to the data centre facility operation teams
• Support the MEP teams with data centre commissioning for new and retrofitted data centres
• Respond on an as-needed basis to data centre related emergencies
• Attend project team meetings and interface with various team members
• Project coordination and commissioning support
• Additional duties as assigned from time to time by executive management
