POSIZIONE: MARKETING & COMMUNICATION - Marketing Manager

DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA

We are looking for a role of Brand Marketing Manager for one of the most important international sporting club. The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and loyalty among fans. This role will focus on creating innovative marketing and branding campaigns for the marketing team to drive fan engagement and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that aligns with the club’s goals and objectives. Collaborate with creative team to ideate campaigns based on business objectives, and then execute on overarching brand campaigns for the club and seasonal campaigns (ie. ticketing campaigns, holiday campaigns, family-oriented marketing campaigns) to ensure overall alignment with the brand
  • Creative Direction: Oversee the development of creative content that aligns with the brand’s vision and goals.
  • Family & Fan Engagement: Design and implement fan engagement strategies to grow and maintain a loyal fan base, such as a family program, Meet & Greet, Beer & Cheer and other programs that support club revenue growth while enriching the fan experience.
  • Manage and ensure omnichannel customer journeys across digital touchpoints (social media, website, e-commerce, app) are on brand
  • Event Management: Coordinate with the events team to integrate brand marketing and loyalty initiatives into match days and other events
Profilo del candidato ideale

The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:

  • Several years of brand marketing role, with at least 3 in a leadership role with a focus on sports.
  • Proven track record in brand management, including managing loyalty programs and fan engagement initiatives.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Passion for football and a deep understanding of the sports and entertainment industry.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
