The ideal candidate is fluent in both Italian and English and possesses troubleshooting and workflow optimization skills.

Strong proficiency with leading Marketing Automation platforms — such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Oracle Responsys, and Microsoft solutions — with the capability to manage both technical and operational aspects.

This includes handling system configuration, supporting development tasks, managing data flows, and ensuring seamless API integrations across platforms and connected systems.

Experience in troubleshooting, environment setup, workflow optimization, and cross-platform orchestration is highly valued, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with development, CRM, and data teams to guarantee smooth end-to-end delivery.

Italian and English speaking.
