Vertiv is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Piove di Sacco, Italy. You will lead NPI, productivity initiatives and strategic manufacturing projects, defining assembly and test processes and driving cost targets in collaboration with Engineering, Operations and Procurement.

The role covers CAPEX, production changes and issue resolution across the site. You will develop methods, documentation and procedures; support Make vs Buy analyses and strive for continuous improvement across

Competenze

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent written and spoken English with technical proficiency.
• Proficient in mechanical and electrical drawings; CAD experience; PLM and ERP systems.

Mansioni

• Provide technical leadership for NPI, productivity programs and strategic projects across EMEA plants.
• Define assembly and test processes for products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Procurement to meet target product costs.
• Support CAPEX investments and production changes; resolve technical issues.
• Develop manufacturing methods and procedures; ensure production documentation is available.
