Vertiv in Piove di Sacco, Italy, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to strengthen our Thermal Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team. You will lead NPI readiness, drive productivity improvements, and define efficient assembly and testing processes for TM products.
Requirements include a technical engineering degree, 5–10 years in a similar role, CAD proficiency, and English language skills; willingness to travel is expected. Salary range 48,000–60,000 EUR gross per year.

- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in CAD tools.
- English language proficiency.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Mansioni
- Coordinate the Manufacturing Readiness – New Products introduction.
- Lead projects to enable NPDI, productivity improvements across BUs.
- Define processes for TM product assembly and testing.
- Specify new technologies, jigs, and fixtures for efficient manufacturing.
- Support DFM analyses and NPDI coordination.
- Support Operations Excellence projects across TM BUs.
- Oversee Manufacturing/Engineering prototype builds and EoL tests.
- Collaborate with VOS and other departments on production improvements.
