Vertiv in Piove di Sacco, Italy, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee production planning, budgeting, and safety compliance. You will manage capacity, quality, and delivery while coordinating with HR to optimize people performance.

The role requires strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, Lean principles, and effective communication. You will lead lean initiatives and optimize costs while ensuring a safe, productive environment for the team.

Competenze

• High school in a technical field.
• 3-4 years of experience with similar position.
• English language: intermediate.
• Knowledge of production management and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of IS - including MRP systems.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Presentation and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of effective human resources management.
• Effective communication skills.
• High level of safety consciousness and local safety standards.
• Experience with Oracle is beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership, flexibility and decision-making abilities.

• Plan production capacity and develop the production plan.
• Manage production; monitor efficiency, quality, and safety indicators.
• Maintain transparent production data using the MRP system.
• Lead HR activities in line with the production plan.
• Prepare action plans and track implementation with KPIs.
• Control costs and drive Lean and continuous improvement.
• Oversee internal logistics and material flow.
• Develop budgets and financial plans for the unit.
