Vertiv seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Piove di Sacco, Italy, to lead technical capabilities for Thermal manufacturing, drive NPIs, productivity programs, and CAPEX. You will partner with Engineering, Operations and Procurement to hit assembly/test targets and ensure robust production documentation.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and strong English, with CAD/PLM/ERP expertise and a track record in cost reduction and Manufacturing Excellence.

Competenze

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Mechanical/Electrical drawings and CAD capability.
• Familiar with PLM and ERP systems.

Mansioni

• Provide technical capabilities to Thermal manufacturing sites for NPI and productivity programs.
• Define assembly and test processes and drive cost targets.
• Lead CAPEX investments and support production changes.
• Develop manufacturing methods and ensure proper documentation.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and resolve manufacturing issues.
