Vertiv Co is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join the Piove di Sacco site in Italy. You will drive the manufacturing readiness for new product introductions, coordinate technical capabilities for TM sites, and define robust assembly and test processes to ensure efficient production.

You will lead in specifying advanced technologies, jigs, and fixtures, support NPDI with DFM analyses, and contribute to operations excellence initiatives across BUs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s equivalent in Mechanical/Industrial or Management engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in a similar manufacturing engineering role.
• Knowledge of CAD tools for design and analysis.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate Manufacturing Readiness for New Product Introductions (NPI).
• Drive projects to provide technical capabilities to TM manufacturing sites for NPI and productivity improvements.
• Define processes for TM product assembly and testing.
• Specify new technologies, jigs and fixtures for efficient manufacturing.
• Support NPDI team with DFM analyses and coordination.
