Vertiv in Piove di Sacco, Italy, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve production processes, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output. You will bridge engineering, production, quality, and supply chain while driving lean improvements and NPDI/ECN activities.

Requirements include 1–3 years in manufacturing/industrial engineering, ability to read drawings, knowledge of lean tools, and English proficiency.

Competenze

• Be able to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
• Have knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly methods
• Have experience with process improvement and problem-solving techniques
• Have basic knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, VSM)
• Be able to work with measuring equipment
• Have basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Have good English knowledge

Mansioni

• Support and optimize manufacturing processes in accordance with drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and technical standards
• Analyze production flows and propose improvements related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery
• Participate in industrialization of new products and engineering changes (NPDI / ECO / ECN)
• Define and update manufacturing documentation (work instructions, process flows, layouts, routings)
• Support production during daily operations, troubleshooting technical and process-related issues
• Analyze root causes of production problems and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Cooperate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, EHS
