Vertiv Co in Piove di Sacco, Italy, seeks a Senior Director of Operations Execution to lead day-to-day operations across 10 facilities in the EMEA region. You will drive safety, quality, service, and productivity, advancing maturity toward world-class performance while supporting revenue growth.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing/operations, including 5+ years in multi-site leadership. Strong Lean, Six Sigma, and financial acumen are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing/operations, with at least 5 years in a multi-site leadership role.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Own the daily operational rhythm across 10 factories, ensuring production schedules are met with high reliability.
• Drive accountability for key metrics: OTD, DIO, inventory accuracy, productivity, FPY and SAIR.
• Establish standardized MOS across sites; serve as escalation point for disruptions.
• Lead lean transformations; deploy standard work and best practices; partner to drive digitization and automation on the factory floor.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Planning to scale capacity and processes with demand; support CapEx planning.
• Build and develop high-performing operations leadership across sites; drive hiring and development.
