Vertiv Co is looking for a Manufacturing Process Design, Senior Leader to enhance product design and plant operations in Tognana, Italy. This role involves leading teams, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence through rigorous modeling techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have 15+ years of experience in manufacturing process design. Proficiency in simulation tools and fluency in English and Spanish are essential. Join us to shape the future in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 15+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing process design.
• Proven launch track record applying DFM/DFA and high-fidelity simulation modeling.
• Extensive lean manufacturing experience, specifically Yamazumi modeling and Kaizen.

Mansioni

• Lead the New Product Introduction process and collaborate with R&D.
• Drive operational excellence through rigorous Yamazumi modeling.
• Oversee simulation model translation of manufacturing processes.

Discrete event simulation modeling

Takt time analysis

Work-content graphing

Yamazumi work-balancing techniques

Presentation skills to senior leadership

Familiarity with ERP (SAP)

Professional fluency in English and Spanish

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Master’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering or Data Analytics (preferred)
