A leading engineering firm in Italy is seeking a Field Service Specialist to support maintenance activities onshore and offshore. This role offers a hybrid work model and fixed-term contract with potential for permanent employment. Training will be provided, making it suitable for candidates without prior offshore experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in preventive maintenance and rotating equipment.

Overview

Field Service Specialist / Maintenance Rotating Machines – Location: Livorno / onshore & offshore – Project: Floating regasification terminal “FSRU Toscana”

Details

• Hybrid work: Up to 2 days / week smart working
• Starting date: Max 2 weeks after Client's acceptance
• We offer: Initial training provided; Offshore survival training (BOSIET) arranged directly by the company – no prior offshore experience required; Fixed-term contract (3–6 months) with the possibility of permanent employment

• Involvement in maintenance activities and operational support onshore and offshore
• Work will be split between offshore and onshore activities (the period to be defined during the interview)

Qualifications / Experience

• Previous experience in preventive maintenance and with rotating equipment is a strong plus
