Job summary

Dolce&Gabbana in Milan is seeking a Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our Rinascente concession and serve a sophisticated international clientele. You will drive sales targets, develop client relationships, and coach the team to deliver a premium brand experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury retail with leadership experience, fluency in Italian and English, and strong knowledge of CRM and clienteling.

• Excellent leadership, communication and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve concession sales targets and drive commercial performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international clients via CRM and clienteling.
• Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Ensure excellent Client Ceremony, product knowledge and brand representation.
• Support daily operations, including Visual Merchandising and stock management.
