360 Talent London Ltd. is seeking a Store Manager in Milan Brera to lead a luxury boutique, drive sales and oversee day-to-day operations. You will coach and energise the team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and uphold the brand’s standards in a prestigious setting.

The role requires at least 4 years in a leadership capacity within luxury retail, fluency in Italian and English, and a track record of achieving targets and maintaining high client service levels.

• Minimum 4 years in a leadership role within luxury or premium retail.
• Strong commercial awareness with proven sales target achievement.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Clienteling and relationship-building to deliver exceptional service.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all store operations and boutique day-to-day activities.
• Drive sales by coaching the team and implementing strategies to meet targets.
• Build long-term client relationships for personalised service.
• Monitor KPIs and maximize store profitability and performance.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand image.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and Head Office on company strategies.
