Dolce&Gabbana S.r.l. is seeking an experienced Retail Lead to drive boutique performance and deliver world-class service in Rome.

You will develop and coach the team while upholding the brand’s standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences to a sophisticated international clientele. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining brand representation, and coordinating with CRM and Visual Merchandising to ensure premium store presentation.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in retail with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Experience in luxury or premium brands is preferred.
• Fluency in Italian and English; other languages a plus.

• Support achievement of boutique sales targets and overall business objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and uphold brand standards.
• Build relationships with local and international clients to foster loyalty.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach the team.
• Assist onboarding, training, and development of staff.

• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth daily store activities.
• Support CRM initiatives and clienteling to strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising to maintain brand-aligned displays.
