Qualifications

• Previous luxury or fashion retail experience in client-facing roles.
• Strong passion for luxury fashion and customer service.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage diverse international clients.
• Goal-oriented with a commercial mindset to achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and brand expectations.
• Attention to detail and visual merchandising understanding.
• Team player with collaboration and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized and exceptional customer experience, embodying brand values.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international clients.
• Provide expert knowledge on Ready-to-Wear and offer styling advice.
• Contribute to boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement.
• Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
• Assist in stock management and replenishment.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale.
• Collaborate with the boutique team to support daily operations and objectives.
• Participate in store events and promotions to boost client engagement.
