Job summary

Hermès in Lombardia is seeking a Welcomist Intern to deliver outstanding customer experiences in our luxury fashion store. You will greet clients warmly, understand their needs, and support the Sales Team in managing appointments and showroom interactions.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with linguistic or fashion focus, speak Italian and English, are proficient with Excel, and eager to work full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with linguistic or fashion/luxury focus.
• Fluency in Italian and English required; third language a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and IT tools.
• Willing to work with full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with a warm and hospitable greeting.
• Build relationships to discover client needs and wishes.
• Talk to clients while they wait for the Sales Associate.
• Manage queues via Hermès devices app.
• Support Sales Associates by scheduling appointments and visits.
• Coordinate with Operations for online and after-sales service delivery.
