Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably with a linguistic or fashion/luxury focus.
• Fluency in Italian and English. A third language is an advantage.
• Proficient with Excel / IT tools.
• Willing to work with full-time hours and participate in a structured internship.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with a warm, hospitable greeting.
• Build relationships to discover client needs and preferences.
• Engage clients while coordinating with the Sales Associate.
• Manage customer queues via Hermès devices app.
• Assist scheduling appointments and customer visits for the Sales Team.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure online, after-sales, and reservations orders.
