Hermès in Rome is seeking a Welcomist Intern to deliver an outstanding client experience in a luxury retail environment. You will quickly learn how a flagship store operates and assist Sales Associates and Operations teams to welcome, greet and guide clients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with linguistic or fashion focus, fluency in Italian and English, strong Excel skills, and a willingness to commit to full-time working hours; fixed gross monthly salary €1000 plus a €10 meal voucher

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree preferred with linguistic or fashion/luxury focus.
Fluency in Italian and English (third language a plus).
Proficient with Excel / IT tools.
Willing to work with expected full-time working hours.
Professionalism, enthusiasm and teamwork required.

Mansioni

Welcome clients with a warm greeting.
Build relationships to discover needs and wishes.
Talk to clients while they wait for the Sales Associate.
Manage customer queues via Hermès app.
Support Sales Associates with scheduling appointments and visits.
Coordinate with Operations for online, after-sales service and reservations orders.
