Job summary

Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A is seeking a Retail Operations Intern in Milano to support the Retail Operations team across the Boutique and Outlet network. You will gain hands-on exposure to daily store operations, stock management and sales processes while contributing to operational excellence.

The role requires a degree or current studies in Business Administration or related field, with strong organizational and analytical skills; fluency in Italian and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or ongoing studies inBusiness Administration, Management, Economics or related field.
• Interest in retail operations and understanding of store processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Good analytical skills with data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines across the retail network.
• Assist in daily store operations and identify inefficiencies; support improvements.
• Coordinate in-store services and resources (supplies, uniforms, fragrances).
• Assist in implementing new tools and initiatives across stores.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and indicators; support data analysis.
• Support seasonal openings and peak trading period preparations.
