Zegna, the luxury menswear house, invites a Retail Operations Intern to support the Retail Operations team across our Boutique and Outlet network. You will learn daily store processes, stock management, and how guidelines and procedures are implemented in a luxury retail environment.

During the internship you will monitor store operations, prepare weekly and monthly reports, assist in seasonal openings, and gain hands-on experience with data analysis, Excel, and cross-functional collaboration in

Formación

• Degree or current studies in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field.
• Strong interest in retail operations and understanding of store processes.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with data and reports.
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn with a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in Italian and English; other European languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor corporate guidelines and ensure compliant application across the retail network.
• Track daily store operations, identify inefficiencies, and help develop improvements.
• Support in-store services management, including supplies and uniforms.
• Assist in new tools and initiatives adoption across the store network.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and performance indicators.
• Coordinate seasonal openings and peak trading period activities.
