Job summary

ZEGNA, the luxury menswear label part of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group, is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist in Lombardy to ensure operational excellence across its boutique and outlet network.

You will monitor store operations, optimize stock and service delivery, and collaborate with Store Managers to uphold guidelines, while benefiting from meal vouchers, ongoing development, and a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail operations role.
• Strong understanding of retail processes and store operations.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical with ability to translate performance indicators into action.
• Fluent Italian and English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent application of corporate guidelines across the retail network.
• Monitor daily store operations and implement solutions to improve efficiency and stock management.
• Oversee in-store services and resources, ensuring availability and organization.
• Support implementation of new operational tools and processes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and performance scorecards.
• Coordinate readiness for seasonal openings and peak trading periods.
