Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A. is offering a Retail Operations Intern position within our luxury boutique network in Italy. You will support the Retail Operations team, helping ensure operational excellence across stores and stock management.

During the internship you will gain hands-on exposure to daily operations, assist in implementing guidelines, prepare reports, and support seasonal openings while developing your analytical and Excel skills. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field.
• Strong interest in retail operations and understanding of store processes.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, comfortable with data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring of corporate guidelines, policies and procedures across the retail network.
• Assist in monitoring daily store operations, identifying inefficiencies and developing improvement solutions.
• Support management of in-store services and resources, including stock, uniforms and other requirements.
• Assist in implementing new operational tools, processes and initiatives across the store network.
• Prepare and update weekly and monthly reports, scorecards and performance indicators.
