Diesel Venezia is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for luxury customers. You will engage clients with storytelling, build lasting relationships, and achieve personal and store sales targets while collaborating across departments.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for fashion, and a willingness to evolve within a dynamic retail environment. Commissions on concession sales and staff discounts are offered.

Competenze

• Experience in luxury/fashion retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Venezia is a plus.
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Mansioni

• Put the client first and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.
• Welcome and assist clients, using storytelling and probing questions.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain CRM initiatives.
• Address customer complaints by coordinating with the line manager when needed.
• Lead on the sales floor and drive personal and team targets and KPIs.
• Cross-sell with other departments to maximise sales opportunities.
