Diesel Store in Padova is seeking a Client Advisor who embodies authentic, passionate service and a strong sales mindset. You will welcome clients, understand their needs, tell compelling stories, and build trust through genuine interactions on the shop floor.

The role offers a full-time contract, commissions on concession sales, employee discounts, and development opportunities within Diesel and the OTB group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles is a plus; experience in fashion luxury/retail is a plus.
• Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Act and think first of the client and their experience; know client desires and expectations.
• Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience.
• Be a master at storytelling and asking engaging questions.
• Develop authentic client bonds and CRM-driven relationships.
• Handle complaints by liaising with the line manager when needed.
• Demonstrate leadership on the selling floor and drive sales targets and KPIs.
