Diesel is seeking a Client Advisor for its Flagship Store in Milan San Babila. You will focus on delivering an exceptional in-store experience, storytelling, and building lasting client relationships while achieving sales targets. Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in luxury fashion or premium retail.
• Excellent understanding of luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Act and think first of the client and their experience, with in-depth knowledge of client needs and expectations.
• Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience.
• Tell stories and ask engaging questions to connect with customers.
• Build long-term client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
• Lead on the selling floor to drive sales targets and KPIs.
• Cross-sell with other departments to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and stock procedures.
