Job summary

Diesel Verona Store is seeking a Client Advisor to welcome and assist clients, delivering an exceptional in-store experience and mastering storytelling to understand needs.

You will build authentic customer relationships, drive sales, and collaborate with departments to maximize opportunities. Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales within fashion luxury/retail is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Italian and English language proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Act and think first of the client and their experience.
• Welcome and assist each client with an excellent in-store experience.
• Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
• Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
• Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
• Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
• Prove Brand and product knowledge.
• Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with.
• Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
• Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
• Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.
• Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
• Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.
