Diesel is seeking a Client Advisor for its Flagship Store in Milan San Babila to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and build lasting client relationships. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with a passion for style and customer service driving daily interactions.

You will welcome clients, showcase product knowledge, and use storytelling to connect with shoppers, while maintaining high visual standards and contributing to sales targets within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion luxury/retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Willingness to relocate is a plus.
• Digitally aware and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist each client with an excellent in-store experience.
• Be a master at storytelling and asking engaging questions.
• Develop authentic client relationships and CRM-driven engagement.
• Drive sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
• Maintain shop floor presentation and stock procedures.
