Diesel is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Castel Romano Outlet to support the Store Manager in delivering a premium, customer‑centred shopping experience and achieving sales targets. You will lead a small team, ensure KPI performance, manage storefront operations and CRM initiatives, and interact with international clients, reflecting Diesel's heritage and luxury positioning.

This is a full‑time permanent role offering development opportunities within the Diesel and OTB group network,

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a managerial role in luxury retail.
• Confident in leading a team and driving performance.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Excellent communication skills and commercial mindset.
• Experience in managing store operations.
• Diplomacy with foreign clients.
