Job summary

Diesel Store Castel Romano is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our permanent team. The role focuses on supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver a premium 360° client experience, and lead a high-energy luxury retail team in a dynamic Castel Romano environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in luxury retail management, a strong KPI focus, and a passion for the Diesel brand. Italian and English fluency is required for interacting with a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a managerial role in a modern luxury retail environment.
• Confidence and proven track record in team management.
• Solid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills and commercial mindset.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
• Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients.
• Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage.
• Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving the Store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client.
• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment.
• Provide excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives.
• Role model best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within your team, and take action to solve problems with positive outcomes.
• Actively engage in wider community and seek inspiration from other sectors to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative and approachable environment.
