Maison Margiela is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for MM La Rinascente in Italy. You will support the Store Manager in leading the luxury sales team, driving sales performance, managing inventory and visual merchandising, and ensuring a superior in-store customer experience.

The role requires at least 3 years in luxury retail management, strong leadership, excellent communication, and fluency in English and Italian.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably luxury fashion or luxury goods.
• Proven leadership to motivate and train a sales team.
• Strong sales acumen with ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, in English and Italian.
• Strategic thinker with ability to improve store performance.
• Problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and train the sales team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding sales targets through customer engagement.
• Oversee inventory levels, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Manage daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and compliance with policies.
• Ensure a superior in-store experience and resolve customer issues.
