Maison Margiela, MM6 flagship in Milan, is seeking a Team Leader to drive sales and inspire the sales floor. Under the Store Manager, you will organize the team, ensure a tailored customer experience, and uphold the brand’s distinctive service standard in Spiga.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, analyze stock and sell-through, and contribute to visual merchandising while building lasting client relationships through CRM initiatives. Fluent in Italian, English, and Russian is preferred.

Within our MM6 store in Spiga and under the direction of the Store Manager, we are looking for a Team Leader.

You will have the following missions:

• - To be responsible for the achievement of commercial targets through effective and efficient organization of the team
• - Ensure a tailored customer experience to achieve individual and collective targets
• - Coaching the team with the Store Manager by providing feedback to ensure the highest quality experience possible
• - Contribute to the improvement of sales performance, sales and stock analysis, product rotation and replenishment supervision, and visual team
• - Demonstrate leadership in providing excellent personalized customer service and customer development through CRM initiatives
