Maison Margiela, MM6 flagship in Milan, is seeking a Team Leader to drive sales and inspire the sales floor. Under the Store Manager, you will organize the team, ensure a tailored customer experience, and uphold the brand’s distinctive service standard in Spiga.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, analyze stock and sell-through, and contribute to visual merchandising while building lasting client relationships through CRM initiatives. Fluent in Italian, English, and Russian is preferred.

• Be responsible for achieving commercial targets through effective organization of the team
• Ensure a tailored customer experience to reach individual and collective targets
• Coach the team with the Store Manager by giving feedback to ensure high-quality service
• Contribute to sales performance, stock analysis, product rotation and replenishment supervision, and visual team management
• Demonstrate leadership in providing excellent personalized customer service and customer development through CRM initiatives
