Maison Margiela, a Paris-based luxury fashion house, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service in Milan. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, manage inventory, oversee visual merchandising, and ensure operational standards are met while representing the brand's image.

Fluency in English and Italian is required, with at least 3 years in luxury retail management.

Competenze

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, preferably luxury fashion.
Proven ability to lead, inspire and manage a team.
Strong sales and customer service experience.
Excellent oral and written communication; ability to engage customers and staff.
Strategic thinking to improve store performance and customer experience.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Professional, well-groomed and embodying Maison Margiela values.
English and Italian proficiency mandatory.

Team Support and Leadership: assist the Store Manager in leading, motivating and training the sales team.
