Reschio S.r.l. is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the dining team and deliver exceptional guest experiences across lunch and dinner services. You will stay hands-on on the floor, support VIP requests, and align with Reschio's standards of elegance and hospitality.

You will supervise and train staff, manage schedules, and ensure smooth operations across restaurant, bar, and kitchen in a collaborative, high-performance environment. Fluent English and Italian are required.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years in a similar luxury environment.
• Excellent communication and active listening.
• Ability to motivate and lead the team positively.
• Superior guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Hands-on, collaborative team player.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Comfort with IT software and PMS systems.

Mansioni

• Lead by example with active involvement in daily service.
• Ensure memorable dining experiences and VIP support with Restaurant Manager.
• Supervise, train, and coach restaurant team; staff scheduling and onboarding.
• Be a reference for leadership in the Restaurant Manager's absence.
• Coordinate collaboration between restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams.
• Address guest feedback and report recurring issues to management.
• Oversee cleanliness of restaurant, café, storage, and back-office areas.
• Ensure precise shift handovers for continuity and service excellence.
