Job summary

Le Graal Cortina, a prestigious 5-star luxury annual hotel opening soon in Cortina d’Ampezzo, seeks a Restaurants Manager to lead daily restaurant and room service operations. You will train and supervise the service team, manage staffing and briefings, and ensure flawless guest experiences in line with LQA and Forbes standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of upscale restaurant management experience, fluency in Italian and English, and strong leadership with a refined hospitality touch.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of restaurant manager experience in upscale or luxury settings.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English; other languages a plus.
• Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-opening and ongoing restaurant and room service operations across shifts.
• Train, lead and supervise the service team, aligning with luxury standards.
• Oversee Sommellerie, staffing, briefings and development of the team.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with kitchen for seamless service and delivery of dining experiences.
• Contribute to training programs, performance reviews and onboarding.
