Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our refined culinary team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will handle the assigned station and support the F&B outlets with seasonal menus.

You will prepare ingredients, follow recipes and SOPs, maintain safety and sanitation, and contribute to consistent quality and presentation across dining rooms and the Etereo restaurant. This full-time role offers growth within Marriott's luxury portfolio and access to

Formación

• Experience in luxury hotel kitchens preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
• Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the assigned station under the supervision of the Sous Chef.
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
• Assist in preparing orders, stock supplies and check inventories.
• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes and guidelines.
• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
