Mandarin Oriental Milan is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen team. Based in Milan, you will support the Chef de Partie, prepare mise en place, and ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation under the Executive Chef.

The role requires a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a commitment to food safety. You will work across shifts in a luxury hotel environment, with opportunities for professional development and exposure to high‑end cuisine, including two‑Michelin‑starred

• Support the Chef de Partie in daily operations of the assigned section, ensuring efficiency, organization, and high‑quality output.
• Prepare ingredients, mise en place, and dishes according to standards and recipes established by the Executive Chef.
• Monitor the quality and presentation of all food items, ensuring consistency and precision.
• Work collaboratively, maintaining a positive attitude and a strong commitment to professional development.
• Always Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper use of kitchen equipment.
• Perform additional duties as required by the supervisor in accordance with operational needs.
